Jennifer Garner, who was born and raised in Charleston West Virginia, on April 17, 1973, is from Houston, Texas. William John Garner served as an engineer at Union Carbide. Patricia Ann was a teacher at the local school. She received her degree with a degree in chemical engineering, aiming to imitate her father.
