Ashley Darby

Ashley Darby has been a TV and radio personality in the United States for several years. She gained notability after winning Miss District of Columbia in 2011. She has also been an integral part of The Real Housewives of Potomac since the show's inception in January 2016. Ashley Darby is a successful person who's driven to assist others and advocate for healthy lifestyles. As a Maryland resident with a fiery personality Ashley was infused with tenacity and an unmatched determination to achieve. As the oldest of her family, Ashley has had to manage various jobs to provide for her mother who was a single parent and the younger siblings. As she grew older, she went to college at the University of Maryland and bartended in the meantime to help keep her and her family financially stable. Ashley began bartending while she was attending her first Miss District of Columbia Pageant. In 2011, Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia Pageant crown. Ashley was first introduced to Michael Darby, an Australian millionaire who is 29 years older than her. It was a flurry of excitement and Ashley was welcomed into a world she never knew existed. Ashley and Michael were married in the year 2019 and became proud parents Dean Michael, Dylan Matthew and Dylan Matthew. While the two shared 8 years of being together, they formally ended their relationship in 2022. Ashley has been certified as a yoga instructor. Her belief is that inner peace is essential, as is outer physicality. Ashley has had the most enjoyable time, is still working to balance love and family business. Talking about her professional life, Ashley is a television personality by profession. Her first job was as a waitress in order to keep her family afloat. While she was fascinated by fashion and entertainment from very early in life, it was not until later that her interest was noticed. Then she participated in a pageant with complete determination. She also won Miss District of Columbia 2011 and was awarded the same title. The following years she participated in Miss America and even though she didn't win the title of Miss America she won a 5000 dollar scholarship. She was awarded a $5,000 scholarship along with her John Curran Award Non-Finalist Interview.
